Overview:
Adobe wanted to move beyond being seen as just a software company and instead become a creative authority on YouTube;one that inspires, educates, and is embedded in modern creative culture. The challenge was reaching both professional creators who use Adobe tools daily, and a broader audience who aspire to create but don’t yet feel part of that world.
What we did:
Adobe needed a system that could do two things at once:
- Position Adobe as the go-to platform for serious creatives
- Attract and educate the next generation of creators discovering design, video, and AI tools
They weren’t just looking for views. They wanted meaningful engagement, cultural relevance, and a content engine that could scale.
How we helped:
We built a YouTube-first content system designed around depth + discovery.
- Long-form content focused on storytelling, creative process, and behind-the-scenes insights from real creators; showing how Adobe tools are used in the real world. This built authority, trust, and watch time.
- Short-form content was designed for reach;quick tips, visual transformations, AI-powered edits, and satisfying creative moments that stopped the scroll and introduced new audiences to Adobe.
We anchored everything around creator-led content, partnering with designers, editors, and digital artists who already had credibility in their niche. This made the content feel native, not corporate.
Each piece of content was designed to feed into the next;short-form driving discovery, long-form building depth—creating a connected ecosystem rather than isolated videos.
